Responsibilities
- Overseeing the inbound and outbound freight operations within the distribution center
- Support various distribution center operations, including picking, packing, putting away, shipping, and receiving
- Aid in scheduling inbound loads and coordinating outbound carrier pickups as required
- Supervise all warehouse activities for an assigned team during shifts
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a distribution center
- WMS knowledge a plus
- Proficient in logistics processes and methodologies, including flow management, cost optimization, engineered standards, equipment handling, safety protocols, and quality assurance
