RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze data to determine areas where waste or overtime could be eliminated.Â
- Develop and implement processes to track and optimize productivity.
- Ensure optimization of standards, metrics and performance targets.
- Monitor and ensure optimal return on assets.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including quality control, production output and on-time shipping.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Properly allocate resources and assets to optimize results.
- Assists in directing the layout of equipment.
- Ensures production workflow and assembly methods are adequate.
- Report to the Manufacturing Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Â
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing photomasks experience.Â
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Experience analyzing production workflow.
- Ability to allocate resources and ensure return on assets.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
