RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Without compromising productivity, quality, or safety, arrange the workforce and establish personnel levels at a suitable level.
- Throughout their shift, uphold and encourage safety in all areas of the establishment.
- Regarding shift operations, preserve and support all quality protocols and initiatives.
- Boost output and effectiveness to the fullest.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and plants, as well as with peers, the senior leadership team, and subordinates.
- Timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other necessary paperwork are accurately managed and reported.
- Encourage teamwork by exhibiting a cooperative and cooperative attitude when working on projects with other departments and plants to achieve project goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have 2-4 years of supervisor experience with industrial or Manufacturing machines.
- Must have excellent Project Management skills.
- Must have very good computer skills.
