RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Program Manager is responsible for managing RQF, NPI and CPPT processes in a manufacturing environment
- Oversees the new product introductions, development solutions, risks, cash flow, program timelines, milestone charts and several quotes and the sales process
- Will lead cross functioning teams and assess areas of concerns
- Speaks with the organization on technical matters and complex business
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
- 5+ years of experience in project management or program management required
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment required
- Understands the sales process through production and able to present information and answer questions of groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
