Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage professional and personal calendars, by communicating with office and household staff to confirm scheduling as needed.
- Operate with discretion and use sensible judgement with handling sensitive and confidential information.
- The Chief of Staff will manage a team of personal assistants for the CEO.
- Onboard and train new personal assistants.
- Communicate needed information to the appropriate business member or team.
- Arrange social itineraries for events, dinner reservations, car services, packing lists and all airline travel.
- Thoroughly research and participate in new projects as needed.
- Create new projects to assign to various team members, while managing and overseeing their daily workload.
- Oversee the purchasing and restocking of household items, Kitchen supplies and toiletries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- The Chief of Staff will have at least 5 years of experience providing high level of support.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and be very resourceful.
- Possess astute intelligence.
- Must have the ability to motivate others.
- Provide a strong sense of leadership.
