RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Occupational Safety Manager will oversee department staff and ensure cross training is being performed with the department.
- Prepare analysis reports on vendor performance, cycle count accuracy and monthly KPI reports.
- Ensure accurate physical inventory including management of cycle count programs.
- Identify areas of opportunity for more efficiency.
- Manage the purchasing and inventory control functions for the department.
- Develop new and grow existing supplier relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Management or supervisory experience is required.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control.
- CSCP or CPIM Cert is required to be obtained within 1.5 years of employment.
- Proficient in MRP sytems, Excel, and Word.
