RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The 2nd Shift Lead will ensure employees are wearing safety equipment at all times.
- Assign tasks and follow through to ensure completion for warehouse employees.
- Participate in accident preventative and safety meetings.
- Comply will all OSHA and company policies and procedures.
- Educate warehouse employees on product information.
- Establish productivity standards and operational goals to maximize efficiency and team performance.
Salary Range: $20/hr - $23/hr (DOE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- The 2nd Shift Lead will have at least 4 years of warehouse manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure and possess basic math skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
- Possess problem solving capabilities.
