RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with regional sales engineers to provide information to clients
- Ensure awareness of product prices, delivery metrics, etc.
- Ensure orders are entered correctly into ERP system
- Issue purchase orders
- Resolve customer issues including requests for delivery changes
- Oversee RMA’s and document findings
- Complete spreadsheets to present to sales department
- Record client activity or useful notes in CRM
- Manage existing customer accounts
- Coordinate information between regional sales managers and existing clients
- Answer any customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to all company policies
- Implement measures to improve client relations
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ideal Account Manager will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Must have ERP and CRM experience
- Experience within the manufacturing industry desired
- Sales and account management experience
- Adept at communicating with customers  Â
- Customer service experience
- Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check
