RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As an Applications Engineer, you assist customers and provide application engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Will travel up to 50%
- Understands excitation systems or rotating equipment
- Promote products to customers and assist in seminars for products relating to applications
- Assist sales representatives
- Help with the training of other application engineers, design engineers and application specialists
- Create White Papers and application notes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in Electric Power System protection and control
- System design or utility experience preferred
- Must live a commutable distance from a major airport
- Able to work remote with up to 50% travel in territory
