RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with and attend preconstruction meetings.
- Coordinate activities for construction project.
- Review and update project schedule as needed.
- Prepare submittals and RFI’s.
- Analyze shop drawings.
- Travel to project sites and obtain measurements.
- Regularly communicate with equipment vendors.
- Maintain updated project documentation.
- Utilize knowledge of Sage, Timberline, AutoCAD
- Conduct materials takeoffs.
- Work alongside Construction Project Manager.
- Assist with ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Assist with project closeouts.
- Deliver regular progress reports to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of Construction experience.
- Experience with public infrastructure projects.
- Experience with earthwork and concrete desired.
- Experience using MS Project, Excel, Word, MS Outlook.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Sage and Sage Timberline.
