In partnership with the General Manager, the AGM is responsible for driving the profitability of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- The Assistant General Manager must lead by example and cultivate a positive, energetic, and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Effectively communicate with the team and ensure each shift is prepared for success.
- Oversee and maintain high standards for guest safety, food quality, and operational efficiency, including proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
- The Assistant General Manager must ensure consistently excellent food and service quality that exceeds guest expectations.
- Manage inventory and order food, beverages, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing team members across all roles.
Qualifications:
- The Assistant General Manager must hold a degree.
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality/hotel industry.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
- The Assistant General Manager must be ServeSafe Certified.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to balance operational tasks with delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- The Assistant General Manager must be flexible on shifts, including weekends.
