RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Assistant Manager must work hands-on, daily.
- Must keep track of daily production sheets according to the guidelines.
- Must provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
- The Assistant Manager must adhere to standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in sanitation and food quality.
- Must supervise and complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring stations are sanitized, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
- The Assistant Manager must be able to clean/sanitize various equipment.
- Must be able to train team members and delegate to and hold accountable for their responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Assistant Manager must hold a high School Diploma or GED.
- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in fast paced food/ quick service environment as a supervisor.
- Must be flexible in their shift, willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service each time.
- The Assistant Manager must be responsible for training, coaching and team management.
- Must have great communication skills.
