RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager must keep track on daily production sheets according to the guideline.
- Must provide guests with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
- Must adhere to standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in sanitation and food quality.
- Must supervise and complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring stations are sanitized, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Must be able to clean /sanitize various equipment.
- Must be able to train team members and delegate to and hold accountable for their responsibilities.
- Other task as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience as in fast paced food environment as supervisor.
