 RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Assistant Project Manager will assist with the management of materials.
- Aid in managing field construction activities.
- Assist with the purchasing of materials and procuring subcontractors as needed.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the construction site.
- Oversee construction schedules for each project.
- Provide material lists, measure and create estimates for the Superintendent.
- Assist Project Managers with completing projects, scheduling, estimating and change orders.
- Ensure that purchase orders are fulfilled by inspecting material deliveries.
- Ensure punch list items are completed in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required in a related field
- 2+ years of Assistant experience in Construction
- OSHA 10 Certification required.
- Ability to read blueprints, SK’s and mechanical drawings
