  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate environments.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our scent marketing solutions, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay informed about new products and services.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the company to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing, fragrance, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Salary Range: $40K-$45K base salary (DOE) plus commission.
