  • The Benefits & Leave Administrator will conduct training for staff and managers leave of absence time entry training.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and internal team members to identify best practices for tracking and administration.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of accommodation and leave requests.
  • Serve at the first point of contact for leave inquiries and escalate to Manager when needed.
  • Investigate and resolve in a timely manner any concerns.
  • Ensure data is correctly maintained in the HRIS system to reflect updates statuses for benefits and approved leave.
  • Assist with Family leaves, parental, medical, long and short term disability, Federal FMLA for US and supplemental programs in Canada along with MA/NJ Family and Medical Leave Act (MA/NJ  PFML).
  • Utilize the following software systems: (SAP Success Factors, Ceridian, Workday, HCM, etc.)
  • Coordinate with administrators and 3rd parties for accurate and timely communications to ensure a smooth and timely return to work.
  • Create and maintain data audits and weekly leave reports.
  • Take on additional HR tasks as need to support the team.
Salary Range: Up to $28/hr (DOE) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist along with at least two years of experience in Benefits and Leave is required.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast paced team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities at once and maintain confidentiality with protected health information.
  • The Benefits & Leave Administrator will be a highly motivated individual with top notch follow through and follow up skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
