  • The Bilingual HR Generalist must administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience.
  • Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Must handle onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Must participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations applicable to employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
  • The Bilingual HR Generalist must prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding processes, coordinating with the cross-functional departments.
  • Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • The Bilingual HR Generalist is responsible for biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.

  • The Bilingual HR Generalist must hold an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Must have 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Must have Trucking experience, to be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies, national laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce software, HRIS
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Must be a LOCAL candidate to be considered.
