Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee blending department and manage maintenance in blend rooms
- Ensure GMP are being followed and quality assurance standards are met
- Answer any inquiries from blending technicians
- Work around various temperatures and chemicals
- Ensure safety protocol is being enforced
- Create and implement SOPs for blending department
- Maintain ingredient inventory in accordance with company needs
- Answer calls for batch adjustment
- Maintain updated record of customer formulas
- Analyze formulas to program information into blending system log
- Assist in training blending technicians, ingredient technicians, supervisors, etc.
- Ensure data is entered in ERP system including manufacturing orders
- Implement FEFO
- Ensure sanitation standards are met
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ideal Blending Manager will have minimum 3 years of related experience
- Experience overseeing blending technicians desired
- Knowledgeable about ERP systems
- Ability to implement FEFO
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment safety protocol
- Food & Beverage industry experience desired
- Willing to undergo background check and drug screen
