JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee production, quality, safety, and maintenance functions in a multi-shift facility.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure facility meets safety, quality, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
- Schedule and coordinate production and maintenance activities.
- Work with Dispatch to meet customer demands efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Address facility issues and support new product R&D in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must Hands-on supervisor with experience in shop floor operations.
- Must have proven skills in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing automated electro-mechanical and electro-pneumatic equipment.
- Must have strong attention to quality, especially for high-aesthetic products.
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting; experience in the concrete products industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory control and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Consistency in maintaining product standards.
- Experience with concrete products and Siemens S5, S7, PLC systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Familiarity with P&L management and cost control.
