RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for new business development opportunities. Must build and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Always be updated on product information.
- Responsible for presenting customized presentations for prospects.
- Attend trade shows, in person presentations and plant tours.
- The Business Development Manager must maintain a rapport with new and existing clients to achieve sales goals.
- Must create and achieve the yearly sales budget.
- Travel to customer sites for presentations, business reviews and overall relationship building.Â
- Must report to seniors for sales budget progress and open projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Business Development Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in sales from a nutritional supplement industry.
- Must have US Sales with east coast experience and connections.
- The Business Development Manager must have exceptional communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% or more.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be proficient with Computers.
- Must be a local candidate.
