RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Leverage knowledge of the waste hauling, pumping and vac services industry to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network of contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the waste hauling or vac truck services sector.
- Report on activities, managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and analyzing trends, to cultivate efficient operations.
- Strong understanding of waste management processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
