JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing procurement and inventory functions to ensure optimal stock levels
- Consistently achieving and delivering assigned KPIs.
- Preparing detailed inventory reports and supply planning documents.
- Making strategic recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Sourcing and developing new raw material suppliers to enhance operations.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in budget and cost control.
- Strong working knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to secure and analyze quotations from suppliers.
- Skilled in negotiating prices and terms with vendors.
- Experience in purchasing raw materials according to planned requirements.
- Solid background in purchasing and procurement roles.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
