Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare agreements for newly obtained suppliers
- Purchase products such as seed, grains and beans
- Ensure timely deliveries are scheduled and executed in time
- Analyze current carrying cost and recommend areas for improvement
- Work alongside team to cultivate positive supplier relationships
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Maintain awareness of NOP, organic certification standards, etc.
- Analyze and obtain best pricing from vendors
- Ensure quality standards are exceeded
- Maintain relationship with current suppliers
- Ensure best lead times are obtained from suppliers
- Coordinate deliveries
- Ensure adequate inventory levels
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Ideal Buyer will have 3 years’ experience
- Food industry experience
- Familiarity with NOP standards
- Experience purchasing seed, grains, etc.Â
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Ability to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels
- COVID19 vaccination required
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screen
