RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport and collect construction access equipment and accessories to and from job sites with professionalism and safety.
- Accurately account for all materials, documenting details on the required forms, including noting any shortages, damages, or other discrepancies.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and document findings in accordance with ASC standards and procedures.
- Independently load and unload materials from the truck, without assistance or the use of a forklift/lull.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup activities with site contacts or representatives.
- Secure all necessary signatures and provide copies of documentation, including safety instructions, to the signatory.
- When not engaged in driving duties, focus on warehouse tasks such as inspecting and refurbishing access equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and cleaning vehicles.
- Perform additional tasks or special assignments as directed by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid CDL-A driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two incidents in the past three years and no DWI/DUI or reckless driving charges in the last five years).
- At least one year of experience in commercial delivery driving.
- Possess a DOT medical card.
- Exhibit teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capable of consistently lifting 70 lbs. without help.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
