Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical documentation, such as blueprints, operation sheets, and inspection reports.
- Utilize precision measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanically inclined, with a solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Utilize time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T).
- Exercise familiarity with Visual Basic Scripting or Excel VBA programming is a plus.
- Understand and apply advanced mathematical concepts.
- Utilize logical and scientific principles to solve practical problems.
- Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Create offline and testing new CMM programs.
- Troubleshoot and edit existing programs and support the Inspection department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 years’ experience in Aerospace layout/CMM Inspection experience.
- DMIS language preferred.
- CMM Programming experience.
- Understanding of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Collaborative team player.
