RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a safe and tidy work environment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools and various machines used in production
- Identify and replace any worn tools or components
- Perform visual inspection to uncover defects
- Operate CNC machinery
- Work with horizontal machinating centers and vertical machining centers
- Operate a variety of CNC equipment used in production
- Ensure parts are meeting quality requirements by making adjustments as needed
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices
- Operate CNC lathes
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree, Technical Certification or equivalent experience required
- Ideal CNC Machine Operator will have minimum 2 years’ experience
- Must have experience with CNC lathes
- Must have experience within production environment
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check
