RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct forecasting
- Manage cash flow
- Utilize Sage 300 and ERP systems
- Ensure cash flow is optimized
- Prepare variance reports monthly
- Develop strategic position to facilitate growth
- Coordinate with the Controller
- Handle cash receipts and disbursements
- Assist predicting cash requirements/needs
- Analyze budget and financial statements
- Reduce credit loss risks
- Manage cash receipts
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ideal Cash Manager will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Familiarity with construction industry
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and managing cash flow
- Adept at utilizing Sage 300
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
