Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Chemical's Manufacturing Industry Experience
- Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical experience
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Engineering or reliability background
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Interact with Plant Manager to develop, implement and facilitate training programs for Maintenance Group Leads, Manufacturing Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians
- Extensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systems
- Previous managerial experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interact with other business units, employees, and outside vendors
- Proven project management, time management and leadership skills as well as problem solving and decision-making skills
