RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Chief Financial Officer must provide leadership and be responsible for managing the financial department.
- Must review key financial strategies and oversee general financial performance of the company.
- Must oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing.
- Must identify and address potential financial risks for the company.
- Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance.
- The Chief Financial Officer must support financial department in developing short- and long-term financial goals.
- Must partner with the CEO/President, executive team, and board.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Chief Financial Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA/CIA preferred.
- Must have 10+ years of experience from a similar rental/property management background in a leadership profile.
- Must have experience in capital markets, building stories, packaging deals and large capital raises.
- Must have knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present financial information appropriately.
- Must be willing to work on-site and vaccinated.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
