RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for developing financial plans and strategies including budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling in the medical industry
- Preparation of financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income sheets, and cash flow statements
- Oversees the company's accounting functions and works with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Provide financial leadership to managers, directors, and officers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related
- 3+ years of experience as a CFO or equivalent experience in a hospital
- Must have experience in a Critical Access Hospital
- 5+ years of progressive finance management experience required
- Understands Revenue Cycle
- New construction/renovation financing experience is a plus
