RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop plans for land development projects.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies.
- Create and execute project plans.
- Estimate project costs and budgets.
- Stay up to date with relevant government regulations and codes.
- Identify challenges, develop solutions, and present findings.
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and public agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or eligibility to obtain within three years.
- Minimum of two years of experience in land development design.
- Experience with site layouts, grading, stormwater management, utility planning, and erosion control.
- Familiarity with codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing work effectively.
- Adaptability to shift demands and change project requirements.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in writing business reports and correspondence.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
