RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Perform engineering and design tasks for transmission line or substation design, foundation design, and civil grading of substation sites, applying engineering principles.
- Learn and properly utilize the document management system.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficient in steel and concrete design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be both creative and analytical, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and develop skills to enhance work performance.
