Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and organized claim files, including correspondence, documents, and assessments.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as underwriting, legal, and operations, to resolve claims.
- Handling disputes related to claims, providing clear explanations and ensuring fair resolution.
- Receive and review claim notifications, gathering relevant information.
- Ensure all claim-related documentation is complete and accurate, maintaining comprehensive records for each claim.
- Communicate with policyholders and other parties involved in the claims process, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and the extent of damages.
- Calculate the appropriate payout for claims, ensuring it aligns with policy coverage and legal requirements.
- Work to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of Claims experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to review and gather relevant information for claims.
