  • The Compensation Manager will oversee the development of custom reports and  the maintenance of internal files and database management.
  • Maintain JD Edwards HRIS systems.
  • Prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Oversees the job description preparation for all position within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the legal division on all requested documentation and contracts including HR vendors.
  • Manage the implementation process of new HR vendors.
  • Research and analyze job positions to determine salary levels within existing policies and guidelines.
  • Review HR metrics and analyze data on a regular basis.
  • Create, launch and monitor performance processes and tools.
  • Consult with system analyst and managerial staff  to understand the reasoning of each program and offer alternatives if there are more cost effective ideas.
  • Report to the management team on performance results.
  • Create incentive and recognition programs to entice top talent.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $75,000 (DOE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • The Compensation Manager will have 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience with JD Edwards HRIS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and other HR related software
  • Able to resolve issues using proper and consistent HR practices, policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Crystal reports is preferred.
  • Possess integrity and professionalism along with strict confidentiality.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
  • MUST be able to work extended workdays to support business needs.
