RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess job descriptions, compare positions to industry standards, and provide recommendations for proper job classification and leveling, including FLSA classification for US roles.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitive salary structures for specific positions.
- Partner with the manager to offer compensation advice and support to the designated business group, addressing any compensation-related inquiries.
- Assist with the implementation and management of compensation programs and initiatives as assigned.
- Extract and analyze data to fulfill internal stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy by conducting thorough audits, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in compensation management, including administering compensation programs and structures.
- Proficiency in HRIS and intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and derive insights from large data sets.
- Solid understanding of US wage and hour regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
