RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize cost savings for public infrastructure projects
- Ensure quality is maintained
- Prepare submittals and RFI’s
- Ensure safety is a top priority
- Oversee all construction activities for mid-sized projects
- Ensure projects are within budget
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Review and manage subcontractors
- Oversee subcontractor scheduling and assignments
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Maintain knowledge of Sage, Timberline, AutoCAD
- Negotiate/purchase resources for projects
- Deliver regular progress reports to management
- Manage public infrastructure projects
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
- Ideal Project Manager will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have construction management experience
- Experience overseeing public infrastructure projectsÂ
- Familiarity with Sage and Timberline
- Adept at ensuring projects are within budget and deadline
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Willing to take a drug screen and undergo a background check
