RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and oversee schedule, coordination drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the project buyout procedure, including examining the scope of work for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure subcontractors meet specifications, optimize cost savings, and produce high-quality work.
- Supervise the construction team to guarantee timely assignment completion.
- Maintain adherence to construction and quality standards.
- Oversee budget compliance.
- Identify alternative delivery and procurement strategies and maintain schedule.Â
- Providing periodic reports on the state of the projects.
- Maintain timeline for project, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Maintain log of project schedule, timeline, work performed, etc.
- Ensure strategies are aligned with long-term company goals.
- Oversee project from initial design stage to completion.
- Review and analyze invoices from suppliers.
- Establish and allocate resources needed to complete the project.
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Experience with public infrastructure projects.
- Experience using MS Project, Excel, Word, MS Outlook.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Sage and Sage Timberline.
- PMP certification is a plus.
