RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site operations
- Will supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage the project schedule, risk management, and site closeout.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Construction Superintendent must hold a degree
- Must have 5-10 years of experience with ground-up construction, renovations, retrofits, and occupied facilities
- Must have 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Must hold OSHA 10/30 Hour Certificate
- The Construction Superintendent must have experience in managing commercial and industrial construction projects, including warehousing, distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, and multi-family developments.
- A license in construction is required.
- Strong understanding of building systems and trades
- Proven ability to manage project schedules and milestones
- Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, retrofits, and occupied facilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Office
- Strong scheduling and risk management skills
- This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of a busy construction site from earthwork to project closeout.
