Key Responsibilities:
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer must develop and execute Lean strategies to achieve safety, quality, profitability, waste reduction, OEE, and team excellence.
- Lead the planning and execution of improvement projects focused on performance, safety, quality, and cost reduction.
- Promote and enhance quality processes and results.
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer must facilitate Kaizen events and conduct 30, 60, and 90-day post-event reviews for sustainability.
- Create and deliver training materials on Continuous Improvement (CI) concepts for staff.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree.
- Must hold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Must have 3+ years of experience leading Kaizen events and teaching Lean tools.
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer must have 4+ years in continuous improvement or project management.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering preferred).
- Experience with change management and problem-solving.
- The Continuous Improvement Engineer must have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
