Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

Responsibilities:
- The Controller will be managing all accounting operations.
- Reviews assigned business operating profit and loss results to established plans, standard costs, and previous actuals.
- The Controller will prepare monthly financial statements.
- Manage all accounting duties, such as: Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Communicate Explanations of variances to management, with recommended actions.
- Manage Month end closing.
- Prepare forecasts of income statements, balance sheets and statement of cash flows.
Qualifications:
- The ideal Controller will have at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
