RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee subcontractors, assist with system startup, manage commissioning processes, and provide customer training.
- Ensure network functionality, offer programming assistance, and certify system operation, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Work closely with the project manager to coordinate installation team activities and address project needs.
- Provide input during the design phase, addressing site-specific and customer concerns.
- Attend on-site meetings as needed to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain an installation punch list to ensure all tasks are completed before project closure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong work ethic, pride in craftsmanship, excellent teamwork, and a continuous drive for personal and professional growth.
- 2-4 years of experience with a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with BMS systems and building controls (Schneider EcoStruxure knowledge is a plus).
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems, estimating, and managing complex issues.
- Sound understanding of construction practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- A strong customer focus with the ability to manage expectations and deliver customer satisfaction
