Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare inventory part costings for new products
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost control measures
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Participation in the annual external audit
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, debits, credits, and financial analysis
- Experience with budgeting and account analysis
- ERP system
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Manufacturing variance analysis.
- Familiarity with financial accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
