RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Customer Quality Manager oversees the quality system of customers of manufactured products
- Documents the needs of customers and coordinate to ensure quality
- Able to detect problems from customers and asses the issues, creating a plan to resolve them
- Oversees the needs of production through customer quality
- Ensure teams are productive and running smoothly
- Proved proper KPI’s
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Must have 4+ years of experience as a Customer Quality Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge on health, safety and environmental management
