Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Sharing accurate and up-to-date details about the company's offerings.
- Taking and processing customer orders, including calculating charges and billing.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.
- Working with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Staying up to date on product and service knowledge and adapting to new technologies and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage accurate records for customers.
- Ability to stay organized.
