RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Must utilize sales skills to upsell products or services that meet customer needs.
- Must respond to sales professionals and customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must enter customer data into our database accurately and efficiently.
- Must learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Must identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service Representative experience.
- NetSuite experience is mandatory
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Must have sales experience and the ability to upsell products or services.
- Must have strong phone etiquette and the ability to provide clear, concise communication with customers.
