RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading the Customer Success Group to meet requirements of customers and ensure requests are handled promptly
- Oversee the departmental budget and ensure company is on track
- Work with other managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and provide continuous improvement programs for the Customer Success Team
- Ensure proper documentation is created by the team
- Oversee schedule and time off requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a Customer Success Team
- The Customer Success Manager has 5+ years of experience in customer service
- Working knowledge on driving KPI performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications, Dynamics CRM required
- Experience with M2M is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
