Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Maintain a high level of motivation and a positive attitude while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Be available for overtime, weekend work, and assignments in other departments based on business needs. 2nd Shift (typically 2:15 pm - 10:45 pm)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with manufacturing staff.
- Consistently meet company and departmental standards, including customer requirements, compliance, safety, and quality expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating a cutter (experience with Saber cutters preferred)
- Follow team leader instructions for Bindery processes
- Ability to assist with special projects, including step books and crossovers
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting machines
- Keep jobs and production floor clean and organized.
