RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to follow instructions for Bindery processes
- Must be responsible for operating cutting machines, producing high quality printing jobs, to meet customer and company expectations, in a cost-effective manner while meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be able to cut a variety of jobs, including business cards
- Must be able to assist with special projects, including step books and crossovers
- Must perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting machines
- Must be able to able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds on occasion
- Must communicate any job specifics issues or other pertinent information regarding jobs to the next shift, if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience operating a cutter (experience with Saber cutters preferred) within a commercial printing environment.
