Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Controlled Substance investigation / incident review providing feedback on Root Cause Analysis and related CAPA’s
- Provide support for DEA, FDA audits (GMP & Pre approval) and Customer audits through audit readiness preparation, supply necessary documentation, answer queries and other associated tasks
- Apply for associated / applicable State and Federal licenses as well as renewals to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations
- Investigate and report any non-compliance and / or fraud, and take appropriate action as required by CFR
- Interact with the local DEA field office and Federal DEA headquarters as required
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- DEA experience in PharmaÂ
- Adhere to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatoryÂ
- Must have Knowledge of 21 CFR
- Ensure on time submission of all DEA and State required Controlled Substance ReportingÂ
- Comply with all cGMP regulations
- Adheres to corporate Safety and Health Program and associated plansÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
