Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all facets of accounting/financial operations
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts
- Gathering and analyzing financial data
- Develops the annual finance budget and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct month and year end closing
- Ensuring all accounts are reconciled and balanced
- Lead the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent is required. Finance or Accounting
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Financial analysis, and forecasting experience
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Corporate finance and accounting principles
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
